Beef Porterhouse Steak

Porterhouse Steak is a LARGE and very delicious steak that can be difficult to find. The porterhouse is a combination steak that comes from the point where the tenderloin and top loin meet. If you remove the bone and cut out the two steaks that make up the porterhouse, you get a tenderloin steak and a striploin (or New York strip steak). The porterhouse can easily be shared by 2 people, since it is so large. Or, if you prefer, you can keep it all for yourself!! Priced at $27.99/lb.
