Rib-eye steak is the boneless version of the prime rib, and it is soooo good!  Priced at $32.99/lb.  Our standard thickness is 3/4", but if you prefer a thicker steak, please input your instructions in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout, and we will get your custom order ready in less than 2 weeks' time.  

Prices shown on our website are estimates, as all meat is priced by weight. Your final total will be confirmed once we assemble your order.
