Large Beef Box (approx. 120 lbs) - PRE-ORDER REQUIRED!

Approximately 36 lbs of steak (1 steak per pkg. -  it includes a variety of top-shelf steaks: porterhouse, T-bone, rib eye, prime rib, strip loin, tenderloin and top sirloin as well as a few 2nd shelf steaks: cross rib, inside round, eye of round, sirloin tip or minute), 6 boneless roasts (6 x ~3 lb each), 48 lbs. ground beef (1 lb. pkg.), 6 lbs. stewing beef (6 x 1 lb. pkg.), 6 lbs. beef short ribs (3 x 2 lb. pkg.), 6 lbs. soup bones (3 x 2 lb. pkg.) Extras will be added, if necessary to bring retail value of box contents to $1,815, but you will pay only $1,625.  Weight of this Bulk Buy Package is approximately 120 lbs, but weight varies...we fill our boxes based on retail value, not weight, since some items/substitutions add more value than others. :-) Our Large Beef Box will give you a similar amount of beef as a 1/4 Beef, but at a more affordable price.

NOTE: Beef boxes are generally non-customizable, but we can make small adjustments, if you reach out or input your request in the "Special Instructions" box during the check-out process.  If you are looking for a completely custom package we recommend the 1/4 or 1/2 beef option, as this option will allow you to specify all of your preferences to our butcher (thickness of steaks, size of roasts, etc)
