Most of our pork chops are cut from the loin, meaning they are lean and meaty.  All chops are cut 3/4" thick.  We also have a few butt chops, which are a bit fatter than loin, but have phenomenal flavour!

Fresh Bone-In loin chops are $12.99/lb.  Bone-In Centre Cut Loin Chops are $13.99/lb. Sirloin bone-in chops (fatter than regular loin or centre-cut) are $11.99/lb. Smoked bone-in loin chops are $14.99/lb.  Fresh butterfly chops (boneless) are $17.99/lb.  Butt/Blade Bone-In Chops are $10.99/lb.

Prices shown on our website are estimates, as all meat is priced by weight. Your final total will be confirmed once we assemble your order.
