Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, it's fantastic for your skin, has a high smoke point, and is a more stable and sustainable alternative to processed vegetable oils. Plus, our bison fat comes pre-ground for quicker and easier rendering into tallow at home.

Grass-fed bison tallow is also a nutritional powerhouse, packed with niacin, B vitamins, K2, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, riboflavin, and a high level of cancer-resistant CLA. Contrary to outdated beliefs, tallow's fat composition is similar to that of the heart muscle and is essential for good cardiovascular health. Our pasture-raised tallow even contains a touch of Vitamin D, similar to lard.
