Quarter Beef- Deposit only, balance due after butchering

Order a quarter beef (mix between front and hind quarters), cut to your specifications.  $8.49/lb, based on the carcass weight/hanging weight.  Butcher fees are included in this price, unless you have an unusual request that requires extra butcher fees, outside of  "normal beef butchering".  Note:  Our Large Beef Box (120 lbs) is pretty close to what you would get on a 1/4 beef, but for less money. But if you are looking to fully customize your beef order (thicker steaks, larger roasts, etc), we recommend you chose the 1/4 beef option, as our Beef Boxes are not fully customizable.  

If you are unfamiliar with the difference between carcass weight and final meat weights, please call Nancy/staff to discuss.  705-676-5296.   Our carcasses generally weigh between 800-900 lbs.  Once we have received your order, we will invoice you using Quickbooks Online for the deposit ($400).  Once you have paid the $400 deposit, we will forward the cutting instructions sheet to you via email.  The specific weight of your beef will given to you once your animal has been butchered, prior to pick up, so that you have the balance owing.  This balance owing will be required at pickup.

Wait time for a quarter beef could be as little as 2 weeks or as long as 2 months, depending on demand and butchering schedules.
