Variety Box (Beef, Chicken & Pork), 60 lbs - PRE-ORDER REQUIRED!!!

Variety Box (Beef, Chicken & Pork), approximately 60 lbs. of our finest pasture-raised meats.  Each variety box will contain the following: 10 lbs. lean ground beef, 8 lbs. beef roasts, 2 pkgs minute steak, 2 top sirloin steaks, 4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, 10 lbs. chicken wings, bone-in thighs and drumsticks, 1 whole chicken (5-6 lbs.), 1 lb. bacon, 8 lbs. pure pork sausages (variety of mild Italian, hot Italian, honey-garlic, garlic, farmers and breakfast) , 2 lbs. spare ribs and 5 lbs. pork chops (variety could include smoked chops or back bacon). PLEASE SPECIFY IN OUR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX DURING CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE ANY SAUSAGE PREFERENCES. Additional items will be added, if necessary, to bring minimum retail value to $655, ensuring you save at least $85.00 retail pricing.  Weight of this Box is approximately 60 lbs, but weight varies...we fill our boxes based on retail value, not weight, since some items/substitutions add more value than others. :-)
