These ribs are very popular for smoking. These are NOT short ribs, but are still very edible and delicious, if done low and slow. My son calls these "dino ribs". These ribs are also a popular choice for Raw Dog Treats. We give them to Tessa and she chews them up, even when they are frozen! Ribs are about 5-6" in length.
Note: They can be special ordered in full racks - turn around time for special orders is 2 weeks.
