Medium Beef Box (80 lbs) - PRE-ORDER REQUIRED!

• 24 lbs of steak (1 steak per pkg. -  it includes a variety of top-shelf steaks: porterhouse, T-bone, rib eye, strip loin, tenderloin and top sirloin, as well as a few 2nd shelf steaks: cross rib, inside round, eye of round or sirloin tip)
• 4 beef roasts (4 x 3 lbs each) 
• 32 lbs lean ground beef (1 lb pkgs)
• 4 lbs stewing beef (4 x 1 lb pkgs)
• 4 lbs beef short ribs (2 x 2 lb pkgs)
• 2 pkgs soup/marrow bones (2 x 2 lbs each)
• Extras will be added, if necessary, to bring retail value up to $1,319, but you will pay only $1,199. 

The weight of this Bulk Buy Package is approximately 80 lbs, but it varies... we fill our boxes based on retail value, not weight, since some items/substitutions add more value than others. :-)

NOTE: Beef boxes are generally non-customizable, but we can make small adjustments, if you reach out or input your request in the "Special Instructions" box during the check-out process.  If you are looking for a completely custom package we recommend the 1/4 or 1/2 beef option, as this option will allow you to specify all of your preferences to our butcher (thickness of steaks, size of roasts, etc)
