The Beef Mini Box is guaranteed to have a $335 retail value, but you get a $25 discount. Since these boxes are created on-site by our staff, they are completely customizable. So, if you don't like a particular item, you can specify that it be excluded from your Beef Mini Box in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout.  We offer 2 options based on the season (winter or summer).

Winter Mini Beef Box:
There will be small variations in box contents, such as type of steaks and roasts, but all boxes will contain the following beef staples:  8 lbs lean ground beef, 1 pkg stew beef, 1 pkg beef sausage, 1 pkg pure beef burgers (4x5oz.burgers), 2 beef roasts, 2 steaks (t-bone, top sirloin, striploin, tenderloin or prime rib).  Additional items (steaks, ground beef, beef slices, or stew beef) will be added if necessary to bring the retail value to $355.

Summer Mini Beef Box:
There will be small variations in box contents, such as type of steaks and roasts, but all boxes will contain the following beef staples:  8 lbs lean ground beef, 1 pkg stew beef, 1 pkg beef sausage, 2 pkgs pure beef burgers (8x5oz.burgers), 1 beef roast, 4 steaks (t-bone, top sirloin, striploin, tenderloin or prime rib).  Additional items (steaks, ground beef, beef slices, or stew beef) will be added if necessary to bring the retail value to $335.
